Who we are and what this covers

This policy is published by the Eiswe team, the people who build Eiswe. We are responsible for the personal details described here. For any question about privacy, or to make a request about your details, email [email protected].

It covers the public pages of eiswe.com and the Early Access list you can join on the Early Access page. It does not describe the Eiswe app at eiswe.com/app or Eiswe accounts.

What the Early Access form collects

What you give us

  • Your email address, as you entered it, and a normalized copy used to recognise the same address if it is submitted again.
  • The products you chose, if any: DOCX, PDF and/or CAD. Choosing them is optional.
  • Your answer to “How would you use Eiswe?”, only if you gave one in an earlier version of the form (up to 1,000 characters). The form no longer asks this.
  • Your consent: the time you agreed and the version of this policy you agreed to.

What is recorded with it

  • Campaign tags from the link you arrived through, if it had any: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term (for example utm_source=instagram). For each address we keep the tags of the first registration.
  • When the registration was created and last updated.
  • A request ID and its review status, which stays “pending” until the Eiswe team reviews your request.

If you submit the form again with the same address, the products you add are combined with the ones already stored, an earlier answer is kept, and the consent time and policy version are refreshed.

What we do not store

The Early Access list does not store your IP address, your browser or device details (user agent), the page you came from (referrer) or any cookies. Our application logs record only whether a registration was created, updated or discarded — never your address, your answer or your campaign tags.

Why we use it and our legal basis

We use your Early Access details only to:

  • review your request for access;
  • contact you when early access to the products you chose becomes available;
  • understand which products and uses people need first, and which campaigns brought people to the list. We look at this as totals by product, source and campaign.

Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form. The form cannot be sent without it. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected]; we will then delete your registration. Withdrawing does not affect what was done with your details before you withdrew.

Your browser, cookies and third parties

Cookies and browser storage

The public pages of eiswe.com do not set cookies. If you arrive through a link with campaign tags, the site keeps those tags in your browser’s session storage (under eiswe.marketing.attribution) so they can be sent with the form if you join the list later in the same visit. Your browser discards session storage when you close the tab.

Files your browser loads

Typefaces and platform icons are served directly by Eiswe. The public pages do not request them from Google Fonts or Iconify. The Early Access form sends your details only to Eiswe (api.eiswe.com).

Hosting and service providers

  • Google Cloud. The website and the Early Access list run on a Google Compute Engine server; the list is kept in a database on that server.
  • Cloudflare. Traffic to eiswe.com and api.eiswe.com passes through Cloudflare’s network on its way to our server.
  • Google (Gmail). Our contact address is a Gmail mailbox, so emails you send us are handled by Google.
  • Team notification email. When a new request arrives, our server emails the Eiswe team mailbox your address, the time of the request, the products you chose, its pending status and the request ID, through the outbound email service configured for our server, so the team can review it.

To deliver pages and keep the service working, these providers and our web server process technical information such as your IP address, and our web server keeps standard request logs. These logs are separate from the Early Access list.

Inside the Eiswe team, only administrators can see the list, view its totals or export it.

How long we keep it

We keep your registration until you ask us to remove it or the early access program ends, whichever comes first. When the program ends, we delete the list.

Your rights and requests

Email [email protected] from the address you registered with to:

  • see what we hold about you;
  • correct it — we remove the entry and you can join again with the right details;
  • delete it, or withdraw your consent, at any time.

An administrator acts on deletion requests with our erasure tool, which removes your registration from the list. Depending on where you live, you may also be able to complain to a data protection authority.

Ask us to delete my details

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your details or share them for other companies’ marketing.
  • We do not use them for marketing unrelated to Eiswe early access.
  • We do not make automated decisions about you or profile you.
  • We do not send automatic emails when you request access: there is no confirmation message. If the Eiswe team approves your request, we email you about your access.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page together with its date and version. The version you agreed to is stored with your registration.
